My goodness, August is coming to a close...Where did the summer go?

My husband was recently hospitalized for three days, thankful he is home and recovering for a terrible spider bite.

We will be taking a few days off with our family in Lake Havasu, Arizona. Both my daughters have already told me not to bring my sewing machine or sealah tape projects.

Keep it simple, enjoy and relax.

Crafty Embellishing

A quick post to share this pair of jeans my daughter Kay Ellen embellished for a mermaid themed weekend getaway with 48 artists in LA.

She told me that she needed a few odds and ends to add to her old jeans.

Before I knew it she was cutting doilies, ribbon and trim. Our sealah no sew tape is perfect for a project like this.

It sounds like she has a few projects to share but I had to show you her jeans altered! I think they turned out adorable.

Windows Dressed

Hello Blogging Friends,

It has been a busy working summer for me! Sewing and sealah taping valances and side panels.

My daughter Kay Ellen has been involved in several residential re-models. Of course I get excited when she calls me to come out and measure the windows. Always delighted to finish off the room with warming up the walls and windows with fabric!
Workable Romans, soft swags and stationary panels are at the top of my requests for residential customers.





Thought you would enjoy some colorful drapery solutions as well as seeing a neutral palette. Both are very popular !!

A charming project

Tutu's, ribbons,netting and cupcake decals transformed this table and chairs!
Such a great project to share with you all today.

Jennifer has fallen love with our sealah no sew tape products~~~tickled that she let me share her darling table and chairs she embellished.

She used our no sew sealah tape to adhere the tutu's, ribbons and netting.

Creative Vases

Hello Friends,

A quick post to share my daughter's creative vases she designed.

The heart warming creations are currently featured in the Spring Issue of Somerset Life Magazine!

She gathered treasures that belonged to my Mother, Ruth and amazed us all with what she made.

Kay embellished the three glass cylinders using our sealah no sew tape and adhered the lace, silver and jewelry to the glass.

Didn't they turn out beautiful?!
